Shipping and Exchange

Sui Dhaga Resham does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for its products.

Products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

1. The exchange request is made within the specified time frame.
2. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
3. The received product(s) differ from the original order.
4. Anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, etc.
5. Claims for such cases can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date.

 

To raise a dispute, please email pictures of the defective item to cs@suidhagaresham.com within 7 days after order delivery. Sui Dhaga Resham will assess each dispute individually and make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value as the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next customer order.

In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation

Sui Dhaga Resham does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.

Customers paying via Direct Bank Transfer may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded. Instead, a coupon of the same value will be provided, which can be used to make a purchase from Sui Dhaga Resham within the next 60 days.

Sui Dhaga Resham reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including items being out of stock, pricing errors, or declined online payments.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Please note, however, that there may be minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. These variations may occur due to extra embellishments used during photo shoots, which may slightly differ from the original products.
